To use the Camera Tracker: Select Tracking Tools > Tracker > Camera tracker. Select the camera you want to track. At the bottom of the Tracker Info Path, click the arrow next to the Speed slider to open the Speed Control. Select a value under 0.5 to decrease the speed, and over 0.7 to increase the speed to view it. The higher the speed, the slower the camera tracker follows the camera. Try using the slider to make sure you got it the right value. Add a Light, and add it to the Active Cam. Click the thimble next to the light to make it active.
