I recently bought Mass Effect 2 for PC as a pre-owned game. I had previously bought Mass Effect 2 for Xbox 360, but I didn't like the way the game was cut-down for consoles. In an attempt to rectify this, I transferred the game to my PC (a new PC) as a fresh install. I've downloaded and installed all of the game's DLC, and am now stuck on a loading screen. I have tried going through it again and again and I have tried turning the game off, and then back on again. I've tried turning the graphics setting down to low, and it just freezes on the loading screen.
I wonder if it's worth it to get Fallout 3 as it's a new game (plus I have GOTY), but PS3 users can't get PSN until 18 months after the release of the game. I have downloaded and installed the DLC and now I'm stuck. Please help, my copy of ME1 is scratched and I don't want to re-buy it.
Whilst the dlc is content is compatible with all current titles (i.e. games bought from the major retailers but also DLC content purchased from the ea website), several bugs have been found that do not allow the dlc to be accessed. Various sites are reporting that the PlayStation 3 version does not support the dlc, however, the Xbox 360 version supports the dlc, and it plays without problems.
This is due to the fact that Xbox 360 has a different approach on region-free games. While the PS3 is region-free, it only allows the game to be played in one region, and disc swapping is not possible between regions (a new game has to be bought in the region it is released in). On Xbox 360, the game can be played in any region. If the game is played on a Xbox 360, the game has to be registered on the Xbox Live account to be able to play it. Furthermore the game has no hard-drive and is not region free.
Sometime in the wake of the release of Mass Effect 3, the code for the ending was leaked to the Internet, sparking a series of passionate discussions about the ending as well as the future of the franchise. EA, however, denied that the ending was rigged and responded by extending Mass Effect 3's Collector's Edition to include a bonus disc with the ending.[117]
RELOADED released a cracked version of Battlefield 4 on the day of its release. On May 26, 2014, RELOADED released a cracked version of Ubisoft's much-anticipated open-world hacking game, Watch Dogs, the day before its official release on May 27. The group released a cracked version of Far Cry 4 days before its release date that was on 18 November 2014 because they acquired the game on 11 November due to a leak by the German Amazon.com.[9] 827ec27edc
